Our Earth, Our Tomorrow

Recycling means a lot more then a simple overhaul or a superficial facelift.  On the contrary it is a very demanding, multi-facetted renovation process.

  • Firstly, a very thorough examination and selection of copiers takes place to ensure that they are eligible for our recycling process. Any product that is to old or damaged is systematically rejected.

  • The selected copiers are completely disassembled.  All parts and components are registered and cleaned.  Normal wear components, degraded parts and parts not in accordance with factory standards, are renewed.

  • All modifications with regard to safety and reliability are included as standard.  All new and used parts are then reassembled.  During this process, emphasis is placed on the quality of component assembling

  • Next, the final components of the copier (panels and casing) are mounted.  The copier is then checked according to the latest international standards.

  • The completely assembled copier then undergoes mechanical and electronic tests to ascertain that it works perfectly and meets NRG's quality standards.

  • After the product has passed these trials, it is adjusted to factory settings. In this stage, processing and document quality are controlled to ensure that the revised product is comparable to its new counterpart.

  • After passing this final hurdle, the product is said to be entirely recycled and packed like a new product.
